Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic 2026 AI roadmap, defining architectural vision and technical milestones.
- Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and PyTorch.
- Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure model accuracy and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to integrate into our stack.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
