- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and enhance inference accuracy.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to industry standards, privacy regulations, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex engineering problems and scale systems under heavy load.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
