Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the architectural roadmap for integrating Agentic AI workflows into our core product suite, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- System Design: Design and implement high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion and real-time inference.
- LLM Optimization: Engineer custom fine-tuning pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to maximize model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and optimization of AI workloads on AWS and Kubernetes environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems and microservices architectures.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
