Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-impact AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Define and oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototyping for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and AGI.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI model deployment.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architecture role within the AI/ML domain.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed computing, and large-scale data processing.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate the ethical implications of AI and implement bias mitigation strategies.
