Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making and multi-step reasoning.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for low-latency inference and high-throughput deployment in production environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Spatial Computing interfaces with AI-driven workflows.
- Establish best practices for AI Safety, Fairness, and Alignment to mitigate bias in autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced AI prototypes.
- Oversee the training pipelines for proprietary data sets and ensure data integrity across the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and generative AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, including explainability and fairness.
- Experience with Edge Computing and optimizing models for IoT devices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and influence stakeholders.
