Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will design robust systems capable of handling massive data streams, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation by 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models into production environments, utilizing Kubernetes and containerization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-level executives to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency and resource utilization to reduce operational costs.
- R&D Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms) and integrate them into our stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database architecture (SQL/NoSQL).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
