Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical planning for the 2026 AGI rollout, aligning product goals with long-term research objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and business units to translate complex AI capabilities into market-ready solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to global safety standards, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering them on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-level architectural challenges in ambiguous environments.
