Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure designed to support enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into existing cloud ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and minimal latency.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for AI governance, ensuring all systems adhere to strict ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to handle massive data workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
