Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the 2026 AI technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the deployment of generative models and large language models (LLMs).
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products at scale.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
