Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI architectures and machine learning models.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI into our core product suite.
- Optimize existing models for latency, cost, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, computer vision, and multi-modal AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
