Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and autonomous systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines are robust and efficient.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and assess their viability for future product integration.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong grasp of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations, and algorithmic fairness.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
