Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for high-performance inference in 2026 environments.
- Responsible AI: Lead initiatives in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and interpretability to ensure our models are fair, transparent, and safe for global deployment.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Federated Learning to enhance model efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Deep Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges with innovative solutions.
