Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation in neural network efficiency and model performance.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and responsible AI governance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate high-level business strategies into concrete technical solutions.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing systems for high-throughput, low-latency performance in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience architecting distributed systems using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
