Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Generative AI pipelines, focusing on LLMs and Diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and tool use.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience deploying models at scale using MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
