Responsibilities
- Architect Systems: Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to pioneer breakthroughs in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for deployment on edge devices and cloud environments to ensure low-latency performance.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company's long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management and security, to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Architecture Search (NAS).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues and improve model accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
