Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Generative AI Agents and Autonomous Decision Engines.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines ensuring high availability and minimal latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced technical architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in building and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI) principles.
