Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines tailored for 2026 technological standards.
- Lead the architectural strategy for deploying large-scale neural networks across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Research emerging technologies, including quantum computing applications and edge AI, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data privacy in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
