Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and infrastructure pipelines tailored for large-scale deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural audits.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed computing and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
