Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures for autonomous agents and predictive models.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge devices.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and microservices.
- Experience in leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
