Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Drive research initiatives focused on generative AI, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment of AI models in production environments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and large-scale neural networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
