Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures for large-scale generative models and neural networks.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and improve inference efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, aligning product goals with technical feasibility.
- Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into real-world applications seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of innovating within the AI space, with a portfolio of relevant projects or patents.
