Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models for the 2026 product suite.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize model performance for edge computing and cloud environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and data pipeline management.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
