Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed AI systems, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics) to drive innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing latency and throughput for production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) regarding technical debt and infrastructure evolution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Deep experience in solving complex algorithmic challenges and optimizing large-scale data pipelines.
