Responsibilities
- Define the architectural roadmap for the company's 2026 AI vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, distributed machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge computing and cloud environments.
- Establish security protocols and governance frameworks for AI model training and deployment.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate technical capabilities into market-ready features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing scalable microservices and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
