- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge models, including LLMs and Generative AI, aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into user-facing products seamlessly.
- Oversee the deployment of models to production environments, ensuring 99.99% uptime and minimal latency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive and future-proof.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying complex AI systems in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
