What You'll Do
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Design and optimize pipelines for LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
- Lead the technical strategy for moving from static models to dynamic, context-aware AI agents.
- Implement robust guardrails and safety measures to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 roadmaps into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing large-scale inference systems.
- Strong background in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing.
- Deep understanding of vector databases and semantic search architectures.
Benefits
Competitive compensation package, equity, remote-first flexibility, and continuous learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
