Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance deep learning models tailored for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI.
- Optimize inference pipelines for edge devices and massive server clusters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, security) to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, governance, and explainability.
- Contribute to the open-source community and patent innovative algorithms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with high-dimensional data processing and neural architecture search.
- Track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering significant commercial impact.
