Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of Generative AI models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- MLOps Integration: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, facilitating seamless updates and monitoring.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference and training processes to handle massive datasets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
