Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our groundbreaking research into Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). As we prepare for the technological leap in 2026, we need a technical leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems.
In this role, you will define the architectural blueprint for our next-generation AI platforms, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with our mission to revolutionize the industry.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems capable of handling massive data workloads in preparation for the 2026 market shift.
- Model Optimization: Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of proprietary LLMs to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Multimodal AI, Autonomous Agents) to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor a team of talented engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- LLM Experience: Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
