Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across QuantumCore's product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into advanced machine learning solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure the ethical and safe deployment of AI models, adhering to global compliance standards.
- Optimize model inference speeds to reduce latency in real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (with a focus on AI/ML).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production release.
