Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI/ML infrastructure capable of supporting high-throughput 2026-era workloads.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI systems, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and model inference engines to maximize performance and minimize latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in designing AI/ML systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Infrastructure: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in large-scale distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
