Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines focused on 2026 benchmarks and future-proof scalability.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating Generative AI and LLMs into core enterprise products.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and architectural roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists to foster technical excellence.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and 2026 roadmaps.
