Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes and complexity.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Work closely with the CTO to establish long-term technical strategies that align with the company's 2026 vision.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end pipeline of model training, validation, and deployment in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and free from bias.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or edge AI deployment is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
