Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of 2026-ready technologies, including advanced Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and self-evolving algorithms.
- Optimize Performance: Drive the optimization of inference engines and training pipelines to maximize efficiency and reduce computational costs.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into enterprise-level applications.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging trends in AI safety, ethics, and hardware acceleration to keep our platform competitive in the rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
