Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of complex machine learning pipelines and scalable data processing systems.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on optimization and efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing and implementing machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Cloud Mastery: Demonstrated experience deploying models on major cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
