Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent AI systems designed for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Design and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines with a focus on reasoning and hallucination reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Vector Databases.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLM applications and agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with semantic search, vector embeddings, and graph databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
