Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning infrastructure.
- Define the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Research and prototype emerging AI paradigms, including LLM fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
