Your Mission:
You will be responsible for designing the high-level architecture for our flagship AI products. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI systems and microservices architecture.
- Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for speed and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
