Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in machine learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, specifically with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with transformer architectures and fine-tuning pre-trained models.
