Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of core AI models and infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads including product, engineering, and research teams.
- Mentor and guide a team of high-performing data scientists and engineers.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization of deep learning systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data governance, and security protocols.
