Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure and deep learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production environments.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Conduct technical mentorship and code reviews for the AI engineering squad.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
