Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale machine learning models for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize neural network performance for high-throughput environments, ensuring minimal latency and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and data science to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms and evaluate new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
