Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of core AI models and infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Define the technical roadmap, best practices, and coding standards for the AI engineering team.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate quantum computing algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and scalability in high-traffic environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decision-making to ensure project milestones are met.
- Establish robust monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks for deployed models.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong background in system design, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
