Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the architecture design for large-scale generative models and neural networks, optimizing for inference speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and data governance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience designing and implementing production-grade AI systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
