Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models designed for the 2026 market.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time processing at massive scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Drive technical mentorship and rigorous code reviews for a high-performance engineering team.
- Define and implement best practices for AI model governance and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing production-grade AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping commercial AI products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
