Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design of scalable, distributed AI systems for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents to achieve state-of-the-art performance metrics.
- Roadmap Definition: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, balancing innovation with feasibility.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into existing pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and GPU acceleration (CUDA, NVLink).
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Cryptography: Familiarity with blockchain and cryptographic techniques for secure AI model distribution.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
