Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technical Strategy: Translate high-level business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and engineering strategies.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models and predictive analytics.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for machine learning to streamline deployment and monitoring.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and product stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Proven experience designing scalable systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems.
