Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-scale, resilient AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- System Design: Lead the technical vision for complex machine learning pipelines, data lakes, and real-time processing engines.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to recommend architectural improvements and scalability strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health, optimizing latency and resource utilization for large-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI or Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
