Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the 2026 initiative.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and UX designers.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
