Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI solutions aligned with 2026 technological roadmaps
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms (e.g., neuromorphic computing, federated learning)
- Optimize ML pipelines for scalability and real-time processing in cloud-native environments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical capabilities into market-ready innovations
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for future deployments
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced AI methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in production-level ML/AI systems using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Proven expertise in deploying scalable ML solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for AI workflows
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor teams
